Every piece carries a maker's hand.
Dubaicrafters began with Isabel's walks through the old souks — past copper-beating lanes and dye pits — collecting pieces whose makers she came to know by name. What started as a personal collection became a studio on Sheikh Zayed Road, where the region's finest craft gathers under one roof.
Today we work directly with over 150 artisan families across the Emirates, Morocco, India and Turkey — paying fair prices, placing repeat orders, and finishing every piece by hand before it reaches your home. No two pieces are identical. That is not a flaw; that is the point.

Before you order.
Our pieces come from over 150 artisan families across the UAE, Morocco, India and Turkey. Each piece is hand-finished and quality-checked at our studio — IST Plaza, Street 17B, Sheikh Zayed Road, Umm Al Sheif, Dubai — before it ships.
Yes — insured delivery to 40+ countries. GCC orders arrive in 3–5 working days, worldwide in 5–12. Duties and taxes at the destination are borne by the recipient. Full details are in our .
Absolutely — from 10 boxes to 1,000, with your logo hand-stamped on tags and custom curations for Eid, Ramadan, National Day and Diwali. Lead time is typically 7–10 working days. Message us on WhatsApp for a same-day quotation.
Because everything is handmade. Variations in glaze, grain, weave and finish are the signature of the maker's hand — not defects. If a piece ever genuinely falls short of our quality standard, we replace it, no questions asked.
Standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Custom and personalised commissions are excluded once production begins. Details are in our .
